So I've got a question:
For those of you who write textbooks, what exactly is needed in terms of citation? I ask because, the whole point of the book is to educate others. This is why I'm a bit lost when at the thought of writing a textbook, what specifically are you supposed to cite?

Would you all join a finished site that had one of Jcink's premade basic skins on it? All boards start with the standard red/white skin. I know the jcink pre-mades in the admin CP have the different color variations. Would you join a site if a site was finished and one of those color alternatives for their skin? I know it's a basic skin, but it's a skin that looks good on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and all devices (phone/tablet/computer/etc.) it's also relatively easy for those new to Jcink to navigate around it.

So we all know there's different resource boards out there. However, before a new one is made, what do you guys actually WANT to see from one of these kinds of boards, if a new one were to pop up (i.e.: help new sites off the ground? a place to find all cool pre-made or requester skins? A writing tutorial type area? advertising tips/help? Rp buddy finder? etc?)

Got an RP pet peeve? Post about it here!
I'm a recent college grad, so I enjoy college rps (though how rare they are), how-be-ever, I often cringe when I see sites say "COLLEGE...WITH A DARK TWIST!!!"
1) Due to recent laws and the like, any time there's a death of a student(s), no matter the cause, they HAVE to report this [CENSORED] to the entire student body and faculty
2) Got an ethics issue? Issue with title IX? Assaulted in any shape/fashion? Lots of these things are being amped up and forced into the light, forcing colleges to change their procedures
3) Any kind of scandal is likely going to hit the news and college kids from said college are going to spread the news like crazy.
You're dealing with likely 18+ year olds who are fully capable of making the decision "Hey, I don't want to go to this school anymore, let's transfer!" and/or parents funding kids who say "Dude, a murder happened on your campus? We're pulling you out of that college!!!". These kinds of things really just make me cringe all over cause of real life consequences that these sites magically don't wanna acknowledge, especially at the college/university level. You're not dealing with high schoolers who are more/less often forced to go to said school, even if horrible scandal happened (due to public funding, lack of other local high schools, only one high school in district/county, etc.).
